National CARES Mentoring Movement benefits deeply from time and talent gifted to us from a broad cross-section of some of the finest thinkers and change agents.  The public conversations which we provide free to not only our affiliate leaders and mentors, but to the public-at-large, mean to help us understand the issues that face our children—and we who stand in the gap for them—ever more deeply so that we may help create an ever more Beloved Community. The National CARES Mentoring Movement envisions a nation in which all Black children are loved, have access to quality, culturally competent education, and are supported by well-resourced families and communities living in harmony and guided by faith.
